Chicken Adobo II

I added more things for this recipe:onions, to make it more flavorful, red pepper flakes, because I like spicy, and I added brown sugar to make it a little bit sweeter. I also added ginger and lemon grass. Hmmm.. So good! I will definitely make it again..

It tasted really good! But when I looked at the calorie intake per serving - I don't know if I want to make this again- or even eat it anymore! :) I might have to exercise for 5 hours to burn those calories :)

Easy Strata and Variations

It was pretty good. However, After 50 minutes of baking and 10 minutes of setting it cool- it's still a little bit liquidy in the middle area. So I baked it for another 15 minutes and let it set for 10 more minutes to let it cool, the middle area became firm.

Chicken in Creamy Pan Sauce

I have some chicken breast on the fridge that I don't know what to do- then I saw Kraft video on making this easy chicken in creamy pan sauce- I quickly grabbed my chicken and cream cheese- added caper and chicken broth- it was really good and easy to make! I would definitely make this again- It is even better the next day- the cream cheese make it salty- so no need to add salt- I think a little bit of lemon would be great as well!

Moroccan Chicken and Whole Grain Couscous

It's really good dish- However, this dish is even better the next day - because it becomes more like gravy- instead of liquidy soup. It's very tasty- I added brown sugar and raisins to sweetened it. The raisins add little bit of sweetness in the soup- Very Good with Raisins.

Cheese Ravioli with Three Pepper Topping

Overall, the ravioli was good- but the taste was pretty bland. I would add more Red crushed pepper and some garlic powder to spice up the flavor a little bit.
