Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
My family really enjoyed this soup for a winter weeknight dinner. My 5-yr-old even ate a whole bowl after coming home "stuffed" from a birthday party! I did not add any salt -- didn't need it with the ham and bouillon. Will try sneaking in some carrots next time, as other reviewers suggested.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds
These were very good and easy to make. I think I'd like more cinnamon flavor in the coating, though. I will double the cinn-sugar mixture next time, as suggested by some reviewers. I took these to a party and served in an oversized martini glass -- fun presentation!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Followed recipe exactly. My whole family agreed that it needed much more than a pinch of salt: I sprinkled all seeds with sea salt. I think I'd try garlic or seasoned salt next time. Also, I cooked at the exact temp and times specified: not sure why some reviewers felt it needed more time. Mine would have been burnt if I cooked for an hour, as someone noted.
