Glazed Cornish Game Hens With Apricot Pistachio Dressing
Wouldn't change a thing. Hens turn out very tender and look fancy. Will make for special occassions.

Stuffed Pork Chops with Gorgonzola and Apple
Really easy, really tasty. Great fusion of flavors. Pork came out tender. Will make again!
