Normal Chicken
very, very fall-of-the-bone good chicken. I used drumsticks (I though i bought breasts!) and they came out great. Will be making this again. I added honey to a batch (rather than the suggested brown sugar), and stuck to the recipe with another and both were fabulous.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili
I have made this (along with several variations) dozens of times, and it has always been a success. I also like to add extra types of beans,and sometimes more heat, but the vinegar is the key to this recipe. Thanks!

Raspberry Buttermilk Muffins
Definitely making these again (and sharing the recipe as well). Good with blueberries and blackberries, too. I followed suggestions and added an extra egg with no adverse effects.
