WOW! I'm not one to rate many recipes, especially when there are already so many great reviews, but I just HAD to come back and say how incredible these are! We had these two nights in a row and couldn't wait to eat them the second night. I also did not add the tomato soup and baked them in two separate 9x13 pans. OUTSTANDING! Thank you!

We thought this was a good, basic, quick and easy weeknight meal. As others have said, it is very much like a hamburger helper meal, but it's not processed powdered "stuff"...it's real ingredients. So, being "like" that is okay with me, as long as I'm not eating a bunch of chemicals! Our kids (9&7) enjoyed this as well, with our 7yo picking out the peppers. I'll make this again.

I didn't like this at all. I don't think it's bland, because there is quite a bit of basil and garlic. But the broth with the cornstarch makes a gel-like sauce that was very unappetizing, to put it nicely. There are much better choices for tortellini.
