Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I looooved these! Many people at the party didn't care for mushrooms, so they didn't try them. That was fine with me--more for me! One man, though not crazy about mushrooms, did try them. After one bite, he scraped out the filling and ate just that, leaving the mushroom! Delicious!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This recipe received 5 stars from me because the guests at my party RAVED about this unique dish and begged me to bring it to the next get together. Myself, I wasn't totally impressed. It was good, but I didn't see what all the fuss was about. Thanks for pleasing my guests, though!

Stuffed Shells I

I am a beginner cook and chose this recipe based on it's simplicity. I was a bit weary that unlike many of the other "Stuffed Shell" recipes, this one called for Cottage, rather than Ricotta cheese. I made the recipe last night and as I guessed, it was incredibly simple and quick to make, even for a novice like myself. The cottage cheese was a delicious and lower-fat alternative to Ricotta and added an unexpected flavor. I will definitely keep this one in my recipe box!! Excellent!
