I am a SAHM with a very active 4yr old who was born on Christmas Day. I enjoy cooking for may family although my son only want grilled cheese, fish sticks, chicken nuggets, french fries and ketchup! Not much of a challenge! Everything but I do enjoy fixing deserts. Good old southern cooking!! Turnip greens,cornbread, greenbeans and potatoes, etc. I fixed a 5 course meal featuring all nothern italian food for my husband for Valentine's Day!! It was wonderful and he was so surprised and loved everything. None yet...Knock on Wood!
