Raspberry Oatmeal Bars
I ate these growing up on the bus to away volleyball games. I'm so happy to have the actual recipe! They're delicious, and everyone I make them for requests the recipe.

Quinoa and Black Bean Chili
This is incredibly satisfying! I don't like much spice, so I didn't add in the jalapeno or chipotle peppers and it was delicious. It will be a new staple in my household!

Apple Strudel Muffins
Excellent! I also substituted apple sauce for half the butter, added cinnamon and more apples, and I also added some nutmeg. When I make them again I will add a little more apple sauce as well as more cinn/nutmeg. But I will make them again!
