Apple Strudel Muffins
Excellent! I also substituted apple sauce for half the butter, added cinnamon and more apples, and I also added some nutmeg. When I make them again I will add a little more apple sauce as well as more cinn/nutmeg. But I will make them again!

End of Summer Vegetable Casserole
This recipe was great! The only suggestion I have is to use some of the spices recommended. I will definetly make this again, and I've already suggested it to my mom!
