Honey Baked Chicken II
AWWW this was so good!!! I used 3 large boneless breasts --and I think it was a mistake- it was not as juicy- ended up adding a little chicken broth. Also, browned the chicken pieces in a skillet first just to add "that" flavor. I did double the sauce mixture- (cut the butter a bit) -so we'd have enough to add to the rice I served it over. BUT- IT WAS EXCELLENT!! Loved the flavor!!Thanks so much for another great recipe!!
