Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Excellent, excellent and excellent. I followed the recipe to the T, except I reduced cream cheese to 12 oz and it was still little too much. Next time I will use 8 oz only. The blueberry sauce was delicious too. I did not double it, it was just perfect amount as recipe says. I will be making this again at Christmas time.

Cornucopia

This looked very nice. I forgot to spray the aluminium cone with non stick spray so I had a hard time getting it out of the baked cornucopia. Otherwise worth the time.

Pretty good. I bake the chicken in the marinade on 425F for 30 minutes. It had a nice flavor, not salty at all.

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo

We enjoyed this gumbo. I was not sure if I was supposed to drain the tomatoes or not, but I did not. It worked out nice. I added little bit of black pepper and paprika, it was all it needed.

Peach Praline Muffins

I followed the recipe, only added 1 tsp nutmeg, cinnamon and more peaches as others suggested. However it did not help. These were completely bland, I could not taste peaches at all. Not worth your time.
