Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was very good considering how quick and easy it was. I added carrots, celery and peas to liven it up a little. Beware: my dumplings took over 1 hour to cook on high!

The aroma was so good it woke me up at 1am. I added a couple of extra cans of beans and some diced tomatoes since it was VERY meaty. Overall, one of the best slow-cooker recipes i've had!

Beer Spice Cake

This was very good, kind of like banana bread without the bananas. My stove is broken, so I baked this in my barbecue and it came out great! I used Wassail (Full Sail brewery) which added some extra spice.
