2-Step Inside-Out Chicken Pot Pie

2-Step Chicken 'n' Biscuits

This was pretty bland. Definitely needed some spicing up. It might be okay as a base. I think it would have been better with cream of mushroom soup.

I was surprised at how good this was. I had to use different brands, but the ingredients were the same. I liked the flavour of the croutons. It was also really quick to cook and easy to clean up. It great as it is, but it would also be good as a base.

The Best Barbequed Chicken Ever

We only had time to marinate for a few hours, but it still tasted great. I cooked it on our indoor grill. Very juicy and lots of flavour.

The Best and Cheesiest Artichoke Dip

I wasn't a fan, but hubby liked it. I made it in the crockput so it would stay warm, but the texture still wasn't right. As for the taste, it's possible that I'm just not a fan of the canned artichoke hearts. It was my first time trying them.

Pico De Gallo

Spread this over a pan of nachos, added some shredded cheese and broiled it in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese. Delicious!

Blackened Fish

Tried it with salmon, and my husband said it was the best fish he'd ever had. That's saying a lot since we have fish fairly often.

Ainaa's BBQ Chicken

I had scaled this recipe down for two people, and boy did I regret that. It was soooo delicious, we really wished we had enough for seconds. I actually baked it in the oven in the sauce since we didn't have a bbq. I will definitely make this again. And probably soon.

Five Pepper Hummus

Blackberry Spinach Salad

There was too much cheese for me, it made it too salty. I would cut it down next time. Also it needed some sort of dressing. I just added a bit of balsamic vinegar.

Basque Salad

This is delicious and very versatile. You could probably substitute with other veggies if needed. I added hot pepper just to give it a bit of heat for our tastes.

Rotisserie Chicken

Baby Lettuces with Green Apple, Walnuts, and Dried Cranberries

The salad itself was good, but the dressing wasn't. Thankfully, we tasted it before pouring it on the salad. My husband elected to eat the salad without the dressing, but I decided to try it anyway. I just added a little, but it really wasn't good. I had to throw in some blue cheese to mask the taste.
