Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Very tasty, yet very traditional tasting. I used bacos, and bottled chives because I was in a pinch. I also decided to roast a head of garlic and squeeze it in for flavor after reading some other recipes/reviews. I may use a more exotic cheese next time and try sauteing some of the ingredients next time. This was the first time I have ever made these so this was a great starter recipe.. really these are sort of fool proof and you can probably modify to your taste buds. (Broccolli, garlic, ham, cheese, whatever sounds yum!)

Rob's Screaming Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers
I thought these jap poppers were delicious. We made them for New Years. I cooked them in the oven and they turned out great. I did end up cooking them a little while longer than the recipe said, and then broiling them until brown. The filling was mild, the first night (but I refridgerated some and made them the next day and they were slammin' hot. I froze some of the others (obviously this recipe make a gillion!) So I am interested to see if they turn out great too. Great recipe!! Thank you.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I followed it exactly and it turned out perfect. This is by far the best chicken dish I have ever had or ever made.
