This is the first time I've made any kind of Indian dish. It was delicious and the husband loved it, too. I did only use half the cayenne in the marinade, and only 1 tsp. of salt in each the marinade and the sauce. I think I could have even used half of that amount of salt. I didn't need to double the sauce, it was more than enough and there's still enough leftover for husband's lunch tomorrow. I also think it would be better with coconut milk rather than the cream, as someone else suggested. This is a keeper recipe with the adjustments made.

This is a very delicious cake. Totally awesome. However, as one other reviewer mentioned, it gets soggy very quickly. I suspect it's due to the oil to flour ratio. it begins to deconstruct the very next day so I would only make this again if I were taking it for a potluck or somewhere it will be eaten all at one sitting the same day.

Best peanut butter cookie...ever! I didn't even change a thing except using some whole wheat pastry flour for a portion of the total flour. These are awesome!
