Lentil Chili
Was a bit unsure how this would all go together. It was fantastic. As other reviewers suggested, I cooked onion first with a bit of garlic. Addes a tab bit more chili powder. Will be a staple from now on!

Italian Sausage Chili
My husband and I though this was great. Not a huge fan of kidney beans so used white beans and it was fine. Have made several times. Easy as well.

Garlic and Dill Salmon
Though sounded delicious we found it had no flavor even after marninating it a little over two hours. Will not make again.
