Cracked Sugar Cookies I
Wow!!! These cookies are GREAT!!! I followed the recipe exactly and they were PERFECT!!! I dipped one side in sugar, and then (as my son suggested), tried some with cocoa powder and others with cinnamon! All were YUMMY!!! I will definitely make these cookies again!!! Thanks!

Fresh Pear Pie
Love this recipe! Prepared it according to the recipe the first time then made some changes. I added some extra lemon zest and nutmeg. After it was baked the crust seemed a little too light in color so I increased the cooking time. Baked it at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Otherwise it is wonderful!

Chunky Pear Butter with a Lemon Twist
This recipe is wonderful! The only thing I did differently was to add lemon juice instead of liqueur (I didn't have any).
