I'm a mother of four beautiful children, a 5 year old girl with preconceived notions of being a princess, a 4 year old girl that can hang with the toughest boy, and 2 year old twin boys who are as different as night and day. Along with that a great boyfriend who loves to make me laugh. My boyfriend pretty much likes everything I cook but my children on the other hand are not so easy to feed, but we have one rule that works pretty good: taste it, if you don't like it then you can eat cereal (their favorite thing to eat). It works and most of the time, to their amazement, they like it!!!! I love to make anything with pasta. Pasta is my biggest weakness. I love to make a lil of everything though, especially something big enough to feed my army! Spaghetti if the family favorite, I make that alot. The holidays, like everyone else, are our busiest timesMy daughters like to come in and help and I love to see my grandmother, my mom, my aunts, and my daughters all squished into thet kitchen. It reminds me that even though we are a very large, very loud, and slightly dysfunctional family, we love to be together and we love to feed each other!!! I still remember when I baked my first chocolate cake from scratch, it's been a long time but when i took it out of the oven, that's when I knew that this is what I loved! The same first cake that I loved so much! It came out beautiful, the second half of a gorgeous chocolate two layer cake......until the top layer split right in half!!!
