Classic Waffles

These were tasty, but didn't come out very crunchy even though I cooled them on a cooling rack. Very fluffy.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

I used tortiglioni instead of egg noodles because I already had them in my pantry. I also used a dutch oven for step 4 to save on cleanup...one less dish to wash since it could go directly in the oven for baking. Tasted great!

Lemon Poppy Seed Amish Friendship Bread

Good flavor, but a little too light and "gummy" for my taste. I already had the starter and have been making the "regular" friendship bread with vanilla pudding for several weeks. I decided to try this version for variety, but I like the density/chewyness of the loaf version better.

Lentil Chili
