Apple Squares
These were unremarkable at best, they were dry and fell apart on the plates.I too used 1/4 cp less sugar.They smelled great but were dissapionting.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These were good ,I will be tweaking them a bit ,the next time I make them .I served them to skepical meat eaters , they liked them alot , a couple even asked for the recipe.I used two eggs ,and chilled them befor baking them.

Ice Cream Tunnel Cake
This is a simple and very good recipe,I used one of those new pans made for filled cakes.I can't wait to try it with different cake and ice cream flavors,
