I'm a recent college grad finally taking the time to learn how to cook. Looking forward to a life devoid of instant mac and cheese or frozen chicken nuggets. Doesn't everyone love to bake? And i'm also IN LOVE WITH TOFU. So many possibilities, so yummy. My family loves Italian pasta. At least once a week I whip up some penne or rigatoni and round it off with a rich red sauce and a side of spicy sausage or meatballs. My greatest triumph is that i haven't killed anyone yet with my abominations. haha. White chocolate raspberry cheesecake. The crust TOTALLY stuck to the bottom of the pan. I brought it to Thanksgiving dinner and everyone was trying to be nice and eat it anyway. The consistency was terrible too. It didn't cut into slices, just blobs. It was a huge disappointment. Oh well.
