This dish was okay...there was something missing though and I just can't place my finger on it. I may make this again, but I will add a different variety of spices and ingredients such as spicy chicken sausage or something.

This chicken dish was very yummy! I added some garlic powder and cajun seasoning as well. I seared my chicken for about 2 minutes per side then put the chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes. (I took the chicken out of the oven after 10 minutes, but it was not done) The chicken was SO juicy and well seasoned. I served this with some cream cheese ranch potatoes (from this site). We will be having this again really soon!

With the recipe as written I had to give it just 3-stars :( I tasted the sauce after completion (following the recipe exactly) and it just did not do anything for me. I ended up thickening the sauce with flour/water mixture, adding more honey, more chile paste and more lemon juice. I also sauteed some garlic and added this to the sauce as well. After I revised the recipe, the sauce was pretty good and my husband and I really enjoyed it!
