I am a south Jersey girl who lives in Kentucky. I have been trained as a chef, and now am on a leave of absence to raise my children. Anything that does not talk back. I love to try new recipes and have a vast collection. I always try to bake with my kids. Also, I am teaching them to cook so I can pass down recipes from my family to them. Succeeding in cooking for 400 people. Not thawing the thanksgiving turkey and having to saw it in half. We ate at 11:30 at night!!
