I agree with all the 'could give it six stars' reviews here. Simple, delicious and a welcome break from the rich buttery gravy and sugar laden foods we indulge in so much this time of year. Excellent flavor. We served the hot sauce along side so we could each regulate the spicy heat. Can't wait to have it again!

Apple Crisp II

very good, tasty, simple. I liked the soft apples under the crunchy topping. Adding the water did that, but it really depends on the wetness of your apples if it gets mushy.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Really delicious. Served with brown rice and a nice cucumber salad, this was such a wonderful balance of sweet,salty,spicy and tart. I added about a tsp. of coriander. Used tomato sauce. Roasted some sweet potato along side. What a treat! Thanks for your contribution!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Dee-lish! I baked it in a larger pan than called for in the recipe,(8 x 12 in.) which yeided a less cake-y brownie, but still moist. I followed others' advice and melted a 12 oz package of milk chocolate/peanut butter chips on top while it was still warm, spreading the melted chips like frosting. Can't wait to make again. Thanks!

Best Peanut Sauce

This was my first attempt at peanut sauce, and it was great with the addition (a must imo) of about 1 or so tsp. of finely minced ginger. Delicious and versatile, easy to tweak to your specs for spicy heat. I will use this as my basic recipe. Thanks!

Cinnamon Peach Crisp

Tasty, easy. I had some fresh blueberries so added a handful to the mix. Very fruity, sort of like a fruit compote with a crumbly top which lets the fruit taste come through. Thanks, I'll make again.

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread

Delicious. I added about a cup of canned, drained whole kernel corn, which adds some moisture to each bite, but is was plenty moist. Feel less guilty about slapping on a bit of butter and honey. Thanks, very good. recipe, and easy.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Very tasty! Used cilantro instead of parsley. I found trying to blend just the onion, garlic and cilantro to be impossible, so I added all the ingredients except the garbanzos and breadcrumbs to the blender and with more liquid ingredients, they mixed up fine. I baked them per another reviewers suggestion and they were delicious. Thanks!

Bread Pudding I

A delicious, custardy bread pudding. I made it with day old sourdough bread and added the raisins, and that lemon sauce! Deluxe, mmm mmm very tasty.

Chinese Chicken Soup

Yay! Thanks for a wonderful tasty healthy soup with a great authentic taste. I didn't have lettuce so used chard I had. And I only had Thai style green curry paste and half a Tb. of that was just hot enough for us. Otherwise, didn't add or change the amounts of ingredients. Recommended.

Lentil Soup

Delicious tasty and comforting. I used 4 cloves of garlic instead of 2 and 6c chicken broth and 2c water instead of all water. It makes a lot of soup! The vinegar and spinach really set this one apart. Thank you for such an easy and healthy recipe!

Amazing Butternut Squash

Delicious savory way to enjoy butternut squash. I roasted the squash in the oven (sliced squash in half lengthwise after I scooped out seeds, face down on a cookie sheet at 400 deg for 40 mins) and that made it easy to scoop the flesh away from the skin and mix up the rest of the ingred. Also used half the mayo and substituted plain yogurt. Doubled the topping. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Pam's African Chicken Stew

Just made this dish for dinner tonight and though I've never cooked a stew with peanut butter before, it gave it a creamy richness and smooth flavor that we really loved. Very tasty! If you like Thai, Mexican, and other spicy soul foods, then treat yourself and try this one. yum! easy to make, too.
