Black Bean Vegetable Soup
Wonderfully easy and tasty. Snuggle down to a bowl of this when it is cold and snowing outside. I miss real winters – hearty soups taste even better when it is cold outside.

Stuffed Mushrooms II

Fish Chowder
I have made this a couple of times and everyone loves it. It is easy, quick, the ingredients are easy to find and it re-heats well. The recipe does make a lot.
