Guacamole
I wanted this to work so badly, and I followed the recipe to the t. There was way to much onion, it's all I could taste. Maybe it was a really strong onion, but I had to sit there for half an hour picking out onion pieces so that it would be edible. If it weren't for the onion though I'm sure it would have been supurb.
