Beef Cabbage Hash
Really great base recipe. I cubed the potatoes, then microwaved them for 2 minutes to get them partially cooked, chopped the onion, used beef stock instead of water, and threw in a can of condensed tomato soup. I then let it cook on low for about 45 minutes with the lid on, and then about 10 minutes with the lid off until I was happy with the consistency.

Polish Cabbage Noodles
My grandmother used to make this all of the time, but with cut up bacon fried with the cabbage and onions. That makes it 5 stars!
