Caramel Bars
These are amazing! Five stars for taste and the compliments I received, but four stars for having to alter the recipe. I followed others' examples and doubled the dry mixture. I don't know how it would fit in a 9x13 the way the recipe's written.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I've made this recipe quite a few times - it's easy, quick and I always have the ingredients on hand. They taste great and I always get compliments when I bring them to work or to a party. Butter works fine if that's all you've got. My only problem is that they always come out flat.

Spinach Triangles
What a great recipe! No one could believe they were homemade. Makes quite a bit of filling, though - I ended up using one and a half packages of puff pastry to use all the filling.
