Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
Oh man, this was SO good. I made a bbq chicken pizza on it, using bbq sauce, canned pineapple tidbits, shredded mozarella, and precooked chicken breasts from the refigerator section of the grocery store. The dough was a little too big for my pizza stone, so I rolled up the edges so it would fit. My husband loved the way it turned out like a stuffed crust as a result. This is becoming a Friday night tradition for our family, and it is cheaper and tastes way better than the take and bake pizza we used to get. YUMMY!!!!
