Ham and Fresh Basil Pinwheels
This recipe is really delicious and easy to make! Everyone loved these at my recent party. I used rectangular flatbread instead of tortillas.

Tangy Cucumber and Avocado Salad
This is a nice change from lettuce salads. I took it for lunch today, and everyone wanted the recipe as soon as they smelled it. :)

Butter Chickpea Curry
Very good and pretty quick & easy to make. I used light coconut milk, as suggested by other reviewers. I'll definitely make this again. :)
