I'm a grandmother to a beautiful little girl and I've never really cooked anything other than hamburger helper and such. My grandmother was a wonderful cook and I so enjoyed watching her and being with her in the kitchen. I want to be able to give those memories to my grandchild as well.

Spicy Vegan Potato Curry
Very good and simple to make. I used more potatoes and forgot about the green peas. Very good flavor. decreased some of the spices but that was just for my taste.

Apple Crisp II
Delicious!! Followed some others recommendations and doubled the topping!! Will definately make again. Thanks for a great recipe.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
I made these today and they are very easy to make but just not sweet enough for my taste. Could have been the fact that my blue berries were rather tart and also the fact that I used 1/4 cup of honey insted of the brown sugar. DBF hasn't tried them yet but I don't think I will make these again.
