Denise's Peanut Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2007
This recipes was incredible! Everyone loved it and they have been talking about it for weeks afterwards, it was a HUGE hit. I followed other suggestions and used the peanut butter instead of the peanuts, but will add some peanuts next time for a bit of a crunch. I served it over rice noodles and it went great!

Zucchini Cookies

These cookies are strange, but everyone loves them. Kind of a mix with a gingerbread cookie, to me anyway. Great stuff, thanks! Always looking for things to do with ALL that zucchini.

The Best Zucchini Dip Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
I've brought this dip to quite a few parties and everyone loves it. It's a very mild flavored dip and although I thought the ingredients would be strange together, they work great. Thanks for the recipe!

Baked Zucchini Chips

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2006
I had to cook my zucchini quite a bit longer, but I really like this recipe. My husband actually ate zucchini! We dipped them in ranch, not bad, I think some marinara sauce would be excellent, will definately make these again. My husband used ketchup. :)

Baked Havarti Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2006
This recipe is wonderful! Instead of the canned chili peppers, I roated my own anaheim chili pepper and used that in its place. To keep it low sodium I didn't use any worchester or garlic salt. I used crushed garlic. I left out the pepper for my hubby, he's not a fan, and he loved it even without the pepper. Made it for guests and they were amazed, everyone always wants a copy of this one. Thank you for submitting it!!

Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2005
This is a great recipe. We served it for some friends and at the first bite they demanded the recipe, instant hit. I would definately recommend this to anyone. We didn't use a lot of rosemary and no butter, but it was still wonderful!

Puffed-Up Zucchini

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2005
very good flavor, but WAY too much butter. We are going to try it again with about 1/3 of the cutter the recipe suggested. But I thought it had a good flavor and lots of potential.
