Coconut Biscuits
just made these and they smell delicious. I also used butter instead of shortening. they have a very light sweet taste. I gave them four stars simply because neither of my kids enjoyed them. They said it was bland and boring...oh well, guess I get to eat them all! (unless the hubby enjoys them, then I will have to share...lol)

Spinach Cheese Ball
I thought it was delicious, but not everyone agreed. Definitly a hit or miss kinda recipe, but for me, it was perfect. I will make again, but next time make less.

Cream Cheese Penguins
these were a huge hit!! I was surprised how quickly they were eatten. I made them as decoration for the platers, but there were none left when the party was over. Awesome idea, will do again! thanks!
