Sweet Corn Tomalito

This is wonderful!! Chevy's is no longer in our area and I have missed their tomalito. This is it! I use the microwave method and cut the butter in half. My husband also loves it.

Vegan Fajitas

My husband complained loudly when he saw the name of this recipe. However, he really like these fajitas. We topped with fresh tomatoes and cilantro (and my husband put cheese on his). I also used only 2 Tbs. oil in the marinade. This is my new fajita recipe.

Bandito Beans

My husband loves these beans! I have never used the fennel seed, but otherwise follow the recipe exactly.

Oat Soup

I love this soup! And it is good for me (I spray the pan with pam and use only 1 Tbs oil). My husband even likes it.
