German Pancake
This is a great recipe - Simple and delicious. I did not use the syrup recipe, and I baked this in a 12" cast iron skillet. I dusted with powdeed sugar and served straight from the skillet with homemade jam. Will definitely make again.

Traditional Hot Cross Buns
Really enjoyed this recipe... The dough rose beautifully and made a light bun. The only changes I made were using all currants (personal preference) and cutting the dough into 8 buns rather than six. Exactly what I was looking for!

Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad
Very good! I omitted the onion and added a tsp. or so (to taste)of Dijon mustard and a splash of white wine vinegar for some kick. Served with freshly baked potato rolls at brunch. Was well received by guests.
