Honey Baked Chicken II
Soooo flavorful! I used it on a whole roasting chicken. The juice it made in the bottom of the pan was absolutely great. The chicken took alomost 1.5 hrs to cook though!! Next time, I will cut it up like the recipe suggests. Thanks for a good one.

Baked Pork Chops I
This recipe was easy and great. I used 4 boneloss chops and it only took a total of 40min from start to finish. DEFINITELY use the wine!!! Simmer together the soup, water and a GOOD DRY white wine (I used Luna da Luna Pinot Grigio) until it's piping hot. Then, add it to the pork chops once you finish browning them and stick them in the oven for 20-30min depending on thickness. The sauce is so flavorful with the wine in it (reminds me of marsala) Moist and yummy!!
