White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
I'm not a fan of cheesecake, but this recipe is incredible. It's very easy to make and tastes delicious. I didn't have half/half on hand, so I used whipping cream instead. I also doubled the crust as others have recommended. It definitely is a 5 star recipe. Thanks for sharing. I'll be making this recipe 3 times over the holidays, and I can't wait to share it with others.

Bud's Potato Salad
I didn't like this recipe. It reminded me too much of German potato salad which I don't care for. The vinegar overpowered all the other flavors in the salad. I made the recipe as is except I added eggs. I made it for a gathering and some people did like it, but I know I won't make it again. It's too vinegary. This is a good starter recipe if you skip the vinegar/sugar/water bath and add other spices to flavor it.

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole
This was okay. My 4-year-old didn't like it at all, although she's a pretty picky eater. My husband and I thought it was okay, but I have to agree with other reviewers - the appearance of the dish was very unappealing. Thanks to other reviewers, I sliced the potatoes thinly and they came out perfect. I'm not sure I would make this again, though. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
