Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
Made it twice now and came out perfect both times! Definitely use Alaean Red Sea salt if you can find it. I also reccomend the hickory liquid smoke. After only 10 hours (half way done) it was so tender the bone slipped out when flipping it over in the crock. Serve with some medium grain rice, and you're having your own taste of the islands at home!

Uglies
They are exactly what they're called... ugly. Know what else is ugly? My love for the taste of them! These are easy and yummy!
