Coriander Chicken with Mango Salsa
This recipe is great, but I would add some orange juice to the salsa. I would definitely make this again.

Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions
I made this recipe for my family and they loved it. I would add more onion, as other people have said, and also shitake mushrooms. Pinot Noir is a great wine to complement the dish as well.
