Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
This was a fabulous recipe! I think that the stovetop filling mix makes it very good - and just like Grandma used to make!

Spicy Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew
This is a great recipe, with unusual, but excellent seasonings! I had extra time, so I let mine cook about 50-60 minutes, and I really didn't need the flour/water to thicken it. I was shy on the chili powder, but this appealed to my family more. But, what an excellent soup/stew!

Lemon Poke Cake I
This recipe is wonderful! I added a glaze, made with 3 cups confectioner's sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp milk, 2 tbsp butter and 1 cup coconut - this added a bit of texture to the cake. It also covers up the holes! Loved it!
