Crispy Potato Wedges
These were excellent. I am not usually a fan of potato wedges but these were so crispy and tasty. I used seasoning salt.

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu
This was very good. I used shredded mozza cheese instead of the cheesestring. Also followed other suggestions and made the Cordon Bleu II sauce to pour over it (very good!!).

Terrific Turkey Chili
Excellent recipe!! Will definitely make this again...I omitted the chili flakes and chilis for a more child friendly chili. It was very good!
