Cheesy Breaded Chicken

I really liked this recipe. I used pizza seasonings since I was out of Italian and sprinkled some Parmesan on top of the mozz and it was sooo tasty!

Creamy Corn Casserole

the onion in this recipe really grossed me out. If i ever made it again i would not do onion or carrots. i would add more noodles and cheese and use ritz crackers on top.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is a fabulous soup! I made it right after Christmas and used some of the left over ham. I am making it again today in the slow cooker but without the ham...we shall see how it turns out!

The Perfect Rib Eye Marinade

I read the ratings about some people not liking this because the vinegar was too strong but I only let it marinade for about 45 minutes and then let it cook on low heat for about 45 minutes and it came out so tender! It was definatly a hit and I plan to make it again!

California Chicken

This was an awesome and unique way to prepare chicken. A good way to mix things up a bit when you tend to make chicken the same way all the time. This was a great meal! The avacados started turning black once I cut them so I would recommend cutting them RIGHT BEFORE you serve the chicken.

Zucchini Saute

I loved this recipe! I made it for my husband and I for a special dinner and then I ate the left overs the next day for lunch. I recomend putting some montery jack cheese on it and letting it melt! That is a great mix! I added a little extra rice then what it calls for to make it more of a meal.
