Chicken Tikka Masala
Recipe as written is very hot and salty, but with a few modifications based on other reviews, it's outstanding! For the marinade, I only used 1 tsp of salt, and for the sauce, I only used 1/2 tsp of salt and omitted the jalapeƱo. I also substituted a cup of plain yogurt for the cup of heavy cream in the sauce to save calories. It was perfect with these modifications and I will certainly be making it again.
