I love to come up with new ideas of how to use them in different dishes. Meatloaf is my husbands favorite so different variaties are always welcome. My background is German and it influences my cooking all the time. My mother and me cook traditional German meals once a month all by hand! Which believe me is very hard. My family and friends love my southern creamed corn recipie. Their favorite is my cheesy white sauce. Well doen't every good cook have lots of mistakes before a recipie makes the grade? My worst failure recently has to have been potatoe and ham cheese bake. The potatoes never cooked in the oven and the cheese ended up grainy.
