I made this alfredo sauce in the morning and took it to work in a crock pot for a potluck lunch. It was sooo good and lots of people asked for the recipe. I used half and half so it would be a little bit thinner. We also ate the leftover the next day and it did not separate when we reheated it. Absolutely a great recipe! You can adjust it to your liking and you can't screw it up. Yum.

I love this recipe!! The only thing I changed was I used cream cheese and marshmallow cream, instead of whipped cream. (I like it better that way). The glaze over the fruit makes it so sweet and good. Very pretty, so it makes a great dish for entertaining.

This is wonderful. I added mushrooms and carrots and a few dashes of red wine vinnegar and it turned out great. I browned the meat, and then cooked it all in a crock pot. Thanks for the great recipe.
