Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This dip was fantastic!!! I live in the country where most people are no-nonsense meat and potatoes kinds of people and they don't like to try new things. I just made this dip and it was the hit of the New Year's party!!! I had many people asking for the recipe. I will definately make it again!

Easy Layer Bar Cookies
I made these squares for my husband. They were so easy and I had everything already on hand. Needless to say... he loved them, so did I! I cut back on the condensed milk. In my local grocery stores I can only find 10oz cans, so that is what I used. It was perfect!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I
This is the first baked cheesecake that I have ever made and it so sooo easy! And everyone asks for one on special occasions like birthdays and staff parties!
