I am a student at WMU trying to get my bearings inside the kitchen still. I mostly gun for cheap and quick when making things, but I tend to splurge every now and then! :-D Chicken and pasta. My mother always seemed to cook something drastically different than we were used to eating and it always helped expose me to wonderful meals. Not to mention, we always ate, as a family together. Not burning my house down so far. Getting distracted by a movie on TV and burning my whole dinner a few nights ago.
