Delicious, everyone is still raving about it! I baked it on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and just rolled it up with the parchment paper. I was shocked it didn't fall apart and it didn't stick! I filled it with a buttercream icing (I was out of cream cheese). It tastes great at room temperature and ten times better when it's cold. Beautiful dessert!

I made theselast night and they were a big hit! I had to use half of the cream cheese because I only had one container of mushrooms and it was just enough. This recipe made my hubby forget all about the stuffed mushrooms at the Olive Garden :)

I used corn instead of the other veggies and instant mashed potatoes and it was delicious! Thank you for the recipe, it's a family favorite.
