Grandmas Chicken Chardon

Great recipe. I used Italian style bread crumbs instead of the plain ones and garlic powder. Next time I think I will turn mushrooms and butter into a pan sauce after the chicken is cooked.

Apple Crisp II

I halved the apple filling, but made the full crumb recipe. Also, I decreased the water by a little bit as a result of the reviews I read. The result was great.

Playgroup Granola Bars

Great recipe. I used dried Turkish apricots rather than raisins since that's what I had in the pantry. Update: The last time I made these I forgot to include the brown sugar and the result was still pretty good. In the future, I think that I will add the brown sugar, but cut down on the amount called for in the recipe.

G's Flank Steak Marinade

I really enjoyed the flavors in this marinade, but found it too salty. Next time I think that I will make it with reduced sodium soy sauce to see if that helps balance out the saltiness.

Cream Filled Cupcakes

Brillant recipe! The only change I made was to use "Special Dark" unsweetened cocoa. It really added a nice punch to the flavor.
