i love to cook, unforunitely growing up my mom was working all the time she was/is a nurse. i really never learned to cook until i was already an adult. most of my recipes are either from family and friends or from online. broccoli casserole, philly cream cheese potatoes, jerk pork, sticky chicken. broccoli casserole, philly cream cheese potatoes, sticky chicken, jerk pork. everything i make is a triumph for me. (: the one and only time i made french toast. it was completely soggy. since then, i've bought frozen. my family thinks that i can't cook. it used to be a funny thing. it's no longer funny anymore. in fact it kind of hurt's my feelings. but, i give it my all. my husband thinks i'm a fantastic cook and that really is all that matters to me. (:
