I've always loved to cook and just love the satisfaction of enjoying the food after all the hard work.

I love to bake but sometimes that hurts my waistline a little too much. I also enjoy cooking entire meals - I love to cook Thanksgiving dinner and think I make a pretty good Sweet Potatoe Casserole.

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake
This is a great cake and I wouldn't change anything when making it. I personally didn't use the pecans cause I didn't have any. I will say this got better the next day but is not really a pound cake consistently...a little more like a thick cake. But very good!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread II
This is pretty darn good. It's not overly chocolatety which is fine but it's also not overly moist and I added 1 cup of sour cream. I did use 6 tbsp of cocoa instead of the chocolate asked for. I will definitely make this again though.
